Workshops on Support

YOU’RE NOT FAILING: Reach your goals without beating yourself up

We’re inundated with photos, diets, and blogs about what we should be doing and how to do it as if there is some “perfect way” that we simply haven’t uncovered (or that we need to pay someone else to uncover on our behalves). And the more we fail to follow these industry standards and fail to look like the images in those fitness photos, the worse we feel about ourselves, the more we think we’re failing or we’re not doing it right.

Unfortunately, The negative stress we put into getting more fit or losing weight actually reduces our ability to achieve our goals. What if the answers aren’t out there on a blog or on social media or on some elite email list? What if they don’t actually cost any money? What if we, in fact, hold all of the answers we seek. In this free afternoon of conversation and interaction, Ashlee and Heidi guide you through the process of finding your version of fit and how to pursue your goals without ruining your self-esteem in the process.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

  • Discover your fit mindset
  • Practice body positivity
  • Let go of your negative self-image
  • Foster your compassionate self-talk
  • Become your own expert
  • Reserve your seat
